  First off, the guys who moved us were great! Very effective and quick moving. However, the reason for the low rating is because the people who work in the office are complete scam artists. I was quoted 3 men and a truck for $59.99/hour with a 2 hour minimum, a one-time trip fee of $59.99 and a 20% fuel charge. So, I knew at the minimum, we'd be spending was about $215 plus any additional time needed for the move at a $59.99/hour charge. When the movers showed up, he handed me a contract that showed everything above except the one-time trip charge had now doubled. They were charging me $120 to literally just show up at my house. When I asked the driver, I was told to call the office before I signed. So I called and was given the run around, I asked to speak to a manager, but she was the one giving me the run around already. She was no help and insisted that they would never offer such prices as they would loose money. She asked me for the name of who I spoke to but, of course, I didn't know their name. I was not only quoted the above prices when I booked them but I also confirmed these prices when they called me to confirm the day before the move. I eventually had to fold and spent nearly $100 more than we have budgeted because we HAD to be out of our apartment that day. IF you are going to book these guys, get your quoted price in writing before the day of the move along with the name of who you spoke to. These people rip off customers by doubling their fees on the day of the move because they know the customer won't be able to send the movers away without getting the job done.
