    Everything went great up until payment. They had put a hold on the credit card we were using, and I had already specified to them in a phone conversation that this was not going be a card that was physically present. When it came time to cash out I asked them to simply charge the card that they had previously used.
    This could have turned into a huge issue but Jan from the office quickly resolved it. Thanks!

    Also make sure to read the moving agreement before you sign it, it specifies that they can hold your property as collateral until the charges are paid.

    Overall honest moving company and professional from the start, no hidden charges and they were very helpful!

    I really had a tough time picking a mover recently. For once I made the right decision. I went with Allstar because they answered all my questions when I initially called them and the price was good. Their movers were right on time and knocked out the job with great speed and no damage. Very happy with the service from this local owned family biz.
