  Do yourself a favor and never ever visit this branch. I have been a customer o BMO since 6 years. Just moved to Arizona and experienced the worst customer service in my life.
  
  I went to this branch on Saturday 03/05/2016 with my wife to open two new checking accounts at 11:00AM. (According to Google/Website Bank closes at 1:00PM)
  
  Anyhow, Relationship Banker was in his office with a customer laughing and gossiping. I waited there for an hour from 11:05 till 12:05, finally they both came out. Instead of asking me anything, he went straight to the teller with that customer spends 10 more minutes assisting the same customer even though there were 2 tellers present but he wouldn't leave the customer. After that customer left, they closed the doors and he came to me asking 'Have you been taking care of, do you have any questions? I said yes I want to open 2 checking accounts. He said quoted "Sorry I can not, I have my some personal commitment in 45 minutes. Please come on Monday" Really? I said are you serious, I have been waiting here for an hour and you have seen me from your window several times. He said he's sorry he can help me on Monday and have a good one. I felt so disrespectful and dishonored. I am filing an official complaint to BMO HQ about this and will also send an email to Branch Manager. I feel pity for that guy because he didn't know what was the amount of my new checking accounts. I am closing my bank account from that bank as well and going for some other bank who can respect their customers.
