    The office staff is really nice but I have had 5 to 7 small maintenance issues in the last 2 months. The kitchen sink is leaking outlet stop working, the stopper in the second bathroom is missing a piece. All in all the building seems ressonably built (the noise from other Apts is quite loud) but the maintenance here is poor.
