  Do not pre-order food from this site! Sattle up folks, its story time.
  I pre-ordered some pizza and chicken 4 hours in advance on the website. When I got there, they could not find my order. The first guy was very friendly and appoligetic, but a manager walked by and heard us talking and jumped in. He told me the order was just being taken out of the oven, then pretended to clear it out on the computer. I then sat there for 20 minutes and watched them make my order, all while the manager assured me it would just be a second, and they were boxing it up. Just admit the mistake, don't lie to the customer and say you made their order when you clearly didn't.
