  Although i love their cinnamon crunch bagels, I was disappointed in the way they handle orders. You can either go up to the counter or order via electronic kiosks. I chose the latter, not knowing that this means they wouldn't yell out your name when my order was ready, but instead set it on these shelves over to the side used for pick up orders. So I'm standing around waiting for my name all while the order was actually sitting getting cold on the shelf. Not cool. (Though my warmed bagel was cool as in cold)

  A surprisingly good vegan sandwich is available at Panera Bread, a kiosk, in Terminal C at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. The bread is fresh and crusty and the sandwich is stuffed with equally fresh vegetables. The sandwich is served with potato chips or a fruit cup. The line is long to the order-taker. You may also ordered using computer tablets located in front of the counter. There are no tables or chairs. The meal is delivered in an airplane friendly shopping bag. The counter staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Wheelchair accessable.
