  The service is terrible- I don't know anyone who goes here to get their hair done who doesn't leave feeling uncomfortable and disappointed! First off you can find anyone in Arizona to do your weave this place is not worth it! They are overpriced and the workers+owner are terrible people! I guess when you only care about making money then you don't care about customer service. Don't bother making an appointment because you will still wait two hours until you're in someones chair. Customers feel uncomfortable and are too afraid to speak up because they are so desperate to get their weave done. The owner knows this which is why she hasn't made any professional changes! Don't open your mouth to speak because they will gossip about you once you leave. Nothing but rolling eyes and gossipers. People will just stare at you and roll their eyes. Also expect to sit in the chair and have your appointment cancelled because the stylist has better things to do than their job. They think having horrible service is a joke. I don't think they realize how many good paying customers they have lost. Don't forget to ask how much it will cost because they will make up numbers- why do I spend more and more money every time I come for the same service? This place isn't worth it. Take your money for a flight to LA and go to an actual professional who cares about their work. I'm done going here... I was able to find a lady on Craigslist who does a better job, better price, my weave isn't falling out after two weeks and she actually cares about her clients.
