  Store is always we'll stocked and clean. Associates are really nice and willing to help you with anything you ask of them. Cashiers are efficient and nice. I've never waited more than a minute or two if I had to wait in line to purchase my items. Most of the time there's no wait at all

  This place is a sewer’s/quilter’s dream - they have everything! Aside from the selection of machinery they have a full service department for machine repair and a parts department on site. The store is housed in an old grocery store so the footprint is huge! Make your way to the fabrics - you will be lost for hours. It is generally sorted by theme and I do mean themes! Sports, pets, food, games, nature and landscape, baby, children, licensed, floral, etc... they have bay upon bay of basic needs like batiks and calicos, and a good selection of solids and stripes. The prices are fair (compared with Joanne and Hobby Lobby) but the selection and quality can’t be beat. They take a lot of care measuring and cutting your pieces with a ruler and roller cutter - no sloppy crooked cuts to deal with at home and no pulling or tearing. The fabrics are organized and the bolts are pinned down neatly you can shop without things falling apart. They have an amazing assortment of small kits and packaged projects, as well as fat quarters, notions and extras like batting of different gauges and hard to find items. If I’m working on a project and need something THEY HAVE IT. Clerks as well as customers are super friendly and helpful! Only one drawback: located on a bit of a sketchy street in Glendale so park near the building and I like to go early in the day there are sometimes things going on in the parking lot I’m not too sure about. Most of the strip mall is abandoned at this point. Definitely a must-see in Phoenix for the quilter or sewer! I love this place!
