  I hate my bank so much. Constant problems with accessing my account especially during urgent matters when I need money.
  Part 2. Oct 2017, I finally closed my account. Final straw, couldn't get access to my money AGAIN and the branch manager didn't even know why! The money was there, and I kept getting declined. I needed gas, I was hungry...smh...I waited outside the bank for them to open, within 30 mins I had called several business transferring auto pay to my old bank...They are so clueless. I ask her to follow up and let me know why I couldn't access my money, still no follow up call. Back to NFCU! Not mentioned I can finally have 24 hour service account line phone access again.
