  This is the second time my wife has come to this office. The first time she had to wait an hour and a half past her appointment time to be seen. This time the specialist that insisted on today's date and time, isn't even here. Their office manager took the day off. Meantime, my wife losses real wages and is still expected to pay for services. The specific doctor that my 38 year wife, who is losing her vision, is seeing came highly recommended. Unfortunately the past two experiences tells me their office management needs help. Responsible and ethical treatment includes not costing your patients financially.
