  I have been going to auto zone since I was 16 . They are usually helpful, friendly and very accurate.
  This place was not!
  I needed to see if my battery was bad, and the first gentleman said it was too dead to test. Ok. He says it will take an hour -hour and a half for him to charge it.
  An hour and 15 minutes later I ask about my battery, this guy says that it was on slow charge and would be at least another hour, as it wasn't halfway charged yet.
  What BS!
  His suggested solution, buy another battery. He then kept the old one and when I asked him to give it to me he asked why. Well, because we don't know that it's bad!
  Wasted $200. The battery wasn't bad but they won't take it back after I put it in
