  I honestly don't know why the reviews are so high. I've been going here about once a week for the past few months. Service is great. But the big nasty flaws stand out to me. For one if food falls I've seen them several times scoop it or knock it back into the trays. They also like to use there hands a lot. Even tho there wearing gloves no one wants to see you whip food off your gloves with your apron an then continue to use them for the next person.
