  Chuck's was where I went for a second opinion after a popular local place charged me $115 just to look at it because it was "the only way." The price Chuck's quoted me was about 300 dollars less than a local competitor and they didn't charge a cent to tell me that. They didn't pressure me to have the work done and advised a wait and see approach because the issue would not affect the car's ability to run. They chose to be honest and straight forward, and now I know where to go when something actually does go wrong.
