  They don't trust customers. Everything behind the counter. You have to ask for everything. They don't bring food to you - they just yell out your name. They won't accommodate your requests and don't give any discount. Not a place to enjoy a cup of coffee with friends. Not many customers. 180° from the very friendly human environment of Einstein' s Bros. Bagels. BTW they don't honor Einstein coupons, etc.
