  I went in for a very light cut and a touch up for melt. I just had moved her from Atlanta. I asked what the range is, fully know there are different levels in the aveda salons. I was booked with one of the high end (priced) colorist without being informed. I was sticker shocked. I paid more for a touch up ( and it literally took her 5 mins to rein my hair) than a cut and full melt color in Atlanta. It was above the range I was given when I asked for the breakdown, after tipping 20%, I was told there was a 35.00 bowl fee. I never received an informed explanation on what a bowl fee is.
  
  I called the next day and was dismissed by the receptionist about the price and bowl fee. As a business owner, I would want to know any unhappy new customer.
  
  An automatic text gets sent out asking for a survey and I replied that I would not recommend the salon... again as a small business owner, I would've responded right away to see how to make things right.
  
  The color didn't last ( I'm aware on how to take care if color) and she didn't take enough off that I had split ends right away and don't blow dry or straighten my hair.
  
  It was a huge waste of my time. And money!
