  Unless you don’t mind 10-15 children throwing rocks and glass bottles around your vehicle every single day don’t bother. Just as I’m writing this now they’re all yelling “smash it smash it smash it” “throw it at a car”. Staff has done nothing about this behavior and I know it’s been brought up. To top it off my upstairs neighbors smoke pot all day in their bathroom so the smell travels down into my apartment as well. Yet again, nothing has been done about this even though it’s been brought up several times. This is what’s causing me to move when my lease expires and this is why I will not be recommending Esteban park apartments to anybody I know. It’s a shame because even though the staff has done nothing to improve these insane problems they’re very nice people.
