  I called inquiring about a tune up was and the technician told me that it would be $517.00 for a TUNE UP!!!!!! So I called around and found out that that is NOT how much it would for an american vehicle. So I called Firestone back and asked to speak to a manager and then I asked him, how much would it be for a tune up and he said around $180.00 so I kindly let him know that his employee said otherwise ($517.00) and that that was bad for business. Although, he said the he would talk to him however, I don't believe that he cared enough to do so nor did he try to remedy the situation. What about retention? POOR customer service at best. I honestly believe that "Mr. 517 Dollars" was trying to take advantage of me because I am a woman but more so thought that he could get over on me. I must say, I am concerned about what he would have done with the remaining money if I was dumb enough to pay it??? I would NOT ever and I do mean EVER recommend FIRESTONE to anyone. For they are lacking in customer service and integrity. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I know I did!

  Dropped my car off at 2:30 for an oil change. I let them know I need my car by 5:30 and they said it wouldn't be a problem. Now it's almost 6:30 and they barely opened my hood, and I'm going to be late.. Don't come here
