  BEWARE these people are crooks. I never write reviews but this was truly noteworthy.
  Since I'm a female I automatically have "sucker" tattooed on my forehead when it comes to cars, right? My husband is a lawyer who used to work on cars but doesn't have time to fix my car right now and is willing to pay for it. Anyway...
  Thursday my car starts making a high pitched noise when driving. Out of sheer convenience I call Firestone and Sam answered. He tells me they may have time to diagnose the day of if I hurry and bring it in otherwise I may have to wait until Friday morning.. but AHH rest assured he promises me a phone call with a diagnosis by 9am since I'm leaving my car overnight. Noon on Friday rolls around and alas no call from Sam. I called him to see what's going and he says he's not sure that anyone even looked at it but pretty sure there's nothing wrong however he must've sensed my annoyance and says he'll call back because he's now not sure. Sam calls back fifteen minutes later and all of a sudden a tech has test driven my vehicle twice and he's positive it's my back brakes. Sam can fix both of them for the low cost of 320.00 though! Then I get there to pick up my car and Sam gave me a quote for 730.00 to replace two rear brake pads (unsure why the rear would go out before the front brakes) rotate my tires and add coolant. ON TOP OF IT ALL he made me pay AGAIN when I already paid upon dropping it off. I even have the signed reciept but unfortunately I left it at home. Obviously there are SOOO many issues with this and honestly it's the principal of charging someone twice and trying to overcharge because of my gender. I'm going as far up the chain as I can because honestly this is the kind of stuff that makes me hate these places. I'll be sticking to my dealership. People- DO YOUR HOMEWORK.
  PS. No noise at all when braking after leaving Firestone
