  I wouldnt recommended this place for men. They got some new scrub out from beauty school doing training on the spot she couldn't even do a simple skin fade without messing up. I felt so I comfortable I asked the Instructor to cut my hair. Turns out she was the manager. She was so rude and passive aggressive. She couldn't handle criticism not that I was being mean. She ended up doing worse than the scrub. I think that was in purpose for a lady who's been cutting hair for 20 years she sure does a lousy job.

  I had my haircut today in the early afternoon by a wonderful stylist, and although I forgot her name, I do remember that she is the newest manager who recently transferred from Scottsdale to the Glendale and 16th street location.
  
  I don't get my haircut too often because of health issues, so I rarely leave the house, so I was definitely overdue for the cut. The stylist was brilliant, kind, and honest.

  Pretty simple. Check in online or in person. Wait a few minutes and you are up! Explain to The Stylist what you want and you will be snip and clip and walk out there a happy citizen.
  
  I only let SUSAN cut my hair, she is congenial, quick and does a really good job. Parking can be a Bugaboo especially in the summer.
  
  On occasion they offer coupons, discounts on the hair care products and every 2 or 3 months they will offer a hefty discount on haircuts if you purchase them in advance. That's all I've got, I recommend this place. Don't forget ask for SUSAN.
