  Matt at Hitz Fitness is very detailed from form to function and nutrition (his lawyer background was a win for me as it proved his dedication to detail and his constant desire to seek new knowledge and source out new research to stay on his "A" game)... treats all his clients as number one ... I'm an online client I come down quarterly to have hands on with Matt to learn new techniques and keep my form on point..... He has state of the art equipment that has purpose.... this is a no bling gym ... this a work your ass off get down to business and see results ! Can't say enough good things about Matt and his drive to help his clients succeed... he acknowledges we are all different and there is no cookie cutter or one size fits all with Matt!!
