  Went here yesterday and got sick off the food. Nausea etc. The customer service was a 0 and the food was a complete waste of money
  I would not reccomend this fast food restaurant to anyone and I would highly recommend a health inspector visit this place right away

  First time every to stop at a Jack in the Box restaurant. Worst customer service I have experienced at a fast food restaurant. Stood for 5 minutes waiting for the cashier to count her till before she would take our order (there was a register next to that one and the drive up was empty so the drive up person could have taken our order). Finally placed our order, waited 10 minutes to get the food. We watched them make our food. Bacon was cold when put on the sandwich, really, cold bacon on a bacon cheeseburger. By the time the burgers were done, the fries were cold. Told them we wouldn't eat the food and wanted our money back. She gave us our money back then asked if we wanted the food anyway...............Are you kidding me......... Not sure how this place stays open if their customer service and food is this poor.
