  I purchased a new RV at La Mesa but it took over a month to take ownership. The long delay was a result of a poor service department. I was assured many times it would be ready and it was not... they do not follow through and there "word" means nothing. The first RV I had to reject after the deal because when I went to pick it up multiple things did not work and it was dirty...it sure did not look new. So they got me another one from Mesa which was much better. I took ownership and it broke down 2 hours later and $1,100 out of my pocket to get towed, hotel, and rent-a-car. Now they don't respond! So they are quick and good at the sale part but very poor at the service part. I see that you responded and instructed me to contact the manager which I did and he told me I was on my own... no help! If you are indeed the owner, you may want to hire better managers that understand customer service!
