  Terrible customer service. They make you prove everything instead of doing their job and contacting insurance. Gave me the run around and I basically had to do their job for them. I've never had to prove insurance paid the doctor at a doctor's office, billing has always taken care of it for me. Unfortunately I didn't choose their services, since you never know who is contracted at hospitals when you deliver a baby.
