  We got to our room to find that our toilet didn’t work. I went down to the front desk to let the manager know and he said he’d send someone over right away. 2 hours later we still didn’t have anyone come up to fix the issue. So I called front desk and the person who answered said he’d send someone up. 20min later still nobody. I go down to front desk again and when I let the guy at front desk know & he seemed clueless about the whole situation although he was the one who answered. The only person Who was polite and apologized for the situation was the maintance guy. He was apologetic and seemed to care about our inconvenience. I’ll never stay at a motel 6 again. It was extremely over priced for such a crappy experience!
