  I have lived here for 2 years and truly wish I could afford to move. Communication is awful. I ask for them to call. . .nothing. Send messages on line. . . Nothing. Maintenance requests take so long. In my 2 years, my air has gone out 3 times. They say the fix it, more like put a bandaid on it and hope it lasts. They raise your rent about $40-$50 each year with service getting worse. They are great at apologies, but nothing changes. My upstairs neighbor is so loud, probably the thin ceiling. I can hear everything she does, and I mean everything. I can smell marijuana coming from there as well. I don't recommend renting here unless things improve.
