  Took my 16 year old teacup poodle for grooming. We have been there many times and have had 3 different groomers. They informed me that my dog was too old and ornery to clean her face anymore and we would have to discuss alternatives. Why are they telling me what I should do with my own dog? My dog was very traumatized last night when we got her home. Her mouth was too tender to touch, and she stayed in my lap for hours. Not like her at all. I am so upset with Petco. We won’t be back. They should have spoken with me if there were problems before trying to finish her grooming. They also left tufts of long hair around her eyes and brow lines. I had to correct it today.
