  This review is for Tiffany, Sheri VB & Sandy. I have been a customer of PS for the past 5 years and never had any problems with any of the staff. Each and everyone I encountered gave excellent customer service + were very professional in their actions. This last week of September I personally had a couple of hiccups and went to PS to see how I could handle my storage unit situation. Tiffany worked with me by giving me the best alternatives, working with me hand in hand she eased my worries by making Sheri aware of the circumstances. Sheri picked up the baton & extended me the same courtesy and care. Then the final day came around not only Tiffany made sure that everything was taking care of to ease my emptying the unit, Sheri made sure everything went smoothly plus Sandy helped with the final touches, finalizing my transition. Kudos to HR for hiring these 3 ladies. Customer Service is about professionalism, sensitivity and going that extra mile for the customers. Tiffany, Sheri & Sandy went that extra mile. Ladies have a peaceful and blessed coming Holidays! THANK YOU is not enough.
