  A while back I got a flat tire and i had no extra, I went to big o tire and they said they couldn't help me because they were about to close, then I drove my car to sears with the flat and they were also about to close but they Helped, they took those extra 15min to help me out, thanks.

  DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!! I called on a Thursday to make an appointment to buy tires. They told me my tires were in stock, and there is no appointment necessary. So I go in Friday morning as soon as they open, and they ask if I have an appointment. I told them I called to make one and that there is no appointment necessary, and they denied that they would say that. He goes to look up the tires I asked about and said they have to order those tires. I said Ok order them and I'll be back later. He told me I have to make an appointment to get them installed. Again, after I was told no appointment necessary. So, as I'm there to turn my car in.... there is only one customer in there and 3 people on the counter. It took them 5 minutes to acknowledge I was there. As I'm being worked with, a young lady customer walks in and the person that was helping me immediately went and started helping her, and just left me at the counter waiting. Another person had to finish his job. As they're taking my tires off, they break a lug nut. Guess what? I have to pay to have it replaced. I've dealt with plenty of shops, and these guys are THE WORST!!!!!
