    I started working out at SWEAT a year ago ... and by June I was in the best shape of my life! I won the toning challenge with the aid and encouragement from knowledgeable trainers. SWEAT gym has such a beautiful, friendly, awesome staff. I always felt comfortable and welcomed, unlike my experience at your typical big box gym. At SWEAT people knew my name. It is a great community. I HIGHLY recommend this club to anyone questioning or thinking if its right for you, YES it is! You'll love the results I PROMISE!!!
