  Was here for 2 1/2 hours to just get a gel polish change. Strictly told them I only wanted to get my gel changed. Wait an hour to even see someone and then they have the cotton and tinfoil on my nails for another 30-40 mins just helping every other person that comes in. Then once they finally come do my nails my gel polish looks horrible, my whole nail isn’t painted , she messed up on the paint job and just ignore it like i wouldn’t notice. Some of my nails aren’t even painted all the way! I ask for something to be fixed and it’s a huge deal! I normally always go there and it’s $10 for a color change and when I went to pay this time it’s $20! Sat there and argued with me saying I wanted a manicure when I specifically said I just wanted a color change. Dirty as h*** there, they make you wait forever before they even acknowledge you, terrible attitudes and change the prices whenever they want. Never will I go there again
