  Glenn is not a customer oriented individual and is ignorant to speak with on the phone. He wants to do absolutely nothing to help you and does not want to answer your questions. The only reason this company can possibly continue to stay in business is because of the high demand for rentals at this time. That should not be an excuse for people to be treated like they are an inconvenience and bothering Glenn because they should be expected to know everything about the process or what they need to do I do not know how the owner of this company can keep Glenn around after all the reviews that have been left about him specifically. Must be a family member. I have a wonderful text message conversation with Glenn that shows his adept skills with clients. If you are the owner of this company please feel free to contact me and I will share. I would rather not share it on here for everyone to see, but I will if I need to. Not only does it show his customer service skills, but it shows I was ignored by text message until I had something to say he was a little defensive about.
