  UPDATE!!! Maybe management needs to read THEIR OWN DOCUMENTS!!! Page 2...RENEW LEASE...to summarize, "if you are not going to renew your lease you have to give 30 (thirty) days notice". To have Griselda and Cary call me and "threaten" monetary penalties for a lease term that doesn't exist?? And Ofelia email me several times telling me I have to give 60 days? FRAUD!!!!! LOW, people, despicable and low.
  
  *****And while my attorney got involved to ensure this would stop, THEIR attorney's response was the "confusion" was brought on by ME.
  
  Oh, I think not....keep trying...why must they STILL insist on NOT being honest??

  Sorry for not sending you this email yesterday. I hear you’re not renewing with us. We do require a 60 day written notice to vacate. If you would like to call me at 11am I or Griselda can go over the notice and or I can leave the notice attached to your door so that when you get home you can fill it out and drop it off at the office.
