  The manager Shawn is never available and does not return calls when you leave a message.
  
  This company decided to start enforcing nonsense rules such as not being able to park my own car in front of my own house. This is more than a year after I regrettably purchased my home and have been parking out front this whole time.
  
  This company does not maintain the common areas throughout Rogers Ranch II. The common areas have dead grass year round, among other things such as broken glass and loose trash littered throughout the common areas. Every other community surrounding us has bright green grass year round.
  
  Article 11 Section 11.1 in the CC&R states: "The Association, or its duly designated representative, shall maintain manage and control the Areas of Association Responsibility and shall keep the Areas of Association Responsibility in good, clean, ATTRACTIVE, and sanity condition, order and repair, pursuant to the terms and conditions hereof. The Association's cost of doing so shall be Common Expenses of the Association."
  
  I think everyone can agree dead grass is not ATTRACTIVE.
  
  What do we have to do to make sure Vision upholds their end of the CC&R? They have the authority to fine us and sending harassing letters to our homes, but who holds them accountable?
