  So...I moved here back in April 2017 to be closer to my job. It looked like it was a great location surrounded by lakes and shopping areas but I didn't know what I was getting myself into. Waterfront has had 4 different managers since I've been living here since April smh 1 walked out the other showed for a few days and the other was fired. Now it's new staff again. The maintenance guys suck! They claim its 24hr emergency maintenance and when I have an emergency they never come!. My ceiling was leaking from the neighbors above And reuined my entire bathroom set..it took them 6hrs to come and when they did, he peeled my ceiling back and now its all messed up! The summer time there were so many roaches and even during the fall! The cops are always here with flash lights in the middle of the night looking for somebody... Its just a crappy place. Will not be signing lease again. If I could break it without being penalized I would.
