  My organization booked this company to bring equipment for an event. I did not book them, but personally spoke with them twice leading up to the event with questions about set-up specifics. The day of the event, they did not arrive. We were in contact hours prior to the event, and they double-booked or overlooked the booking. They tried to make it sound like they might still send the equipment (within the FOUR hour window that their agreement includes), but in the end they were a no show. And our event was missing two critical components. They gave a full refund, but I caution anyone to risk important party/event equipment on this company--unless it doesn't matter to you whether they actually show up.
