  I moved in last month and I am blown away with how beautiful, peaceful and scenic it is. I am lucky enough to have a south facing view on the 3rd floor. My view is of the sonoran preserve hiking trail and I have west, south and east facing views with the way my balcony is set up. I can actually enjoy my coffee outside without bugs, and surprisingly not much dust. The interior of apt is updated, and like new. They even put in a new carpet when I moved in. I highly recommend the 762 square ft floor plan. Very spacious kitchen, balcony, bathroom. Living area perfect for a sectional sofa, and bar stools for the breakfast bar seperating kitchen and living area. My apt happens to not have any connecting neighbors, besides the future neighbors down stairs. My apt is literally wrapped around hallways, and outdoor open space. If you need a garage, most apts come with them. I opted to not have the garage for a less expensive rate. I have a dog, and she loves it as well. We have checked out the on site dog park , and hiking trails next door. The property is extremely clean, maintenance and office staff are friendly and professional. This area is truly a hidden gem of Phoenix. I am only 3 miles from the shops of Norterra, and this area is not congested and crowded which I love. I literally have nothing bad to say about Marquis Sonoran preserve. This is by far the best apt rental I have had living in AZ, including my time in Scottsdale. I am actually surprised of any bad reviews, because my experience has been nothing but amazing.

  If you like waking up at 5-6 am every morning to the sound of dumpster truck sirens, this place is for you! I’ve written multiple complaints to management and they always respond with promises, but we still have to listen to the excessive noise almost every morning of the week.
  
  If you are looking for a home with a healthy night sleep, look elsewhere: this place is unable to provide it.
